Shipping & Returns
Which countries do you ship to?
We are based in the UK and offer free shipping on all UK orders. We also ship to all countries in the European Union (EU) for a small fee.
How will my order be delivered?
All UK orders will be delivered by Standard Royal Mail 48 shipping, with an optional upgrade to tracked shipping available.
All EU orders will be delivered to your home country by Royal Mail and then forwarded to your address by a local courier. Please note that all EU orders are DDU, meaning that any potential costs incurred at the border/customs will not be covered by Lace Labs
Where can I find my order confirmation?
An order confirmation email will be sent to your email address immediately after purchase. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 2 hours of placing your order, please contact us @...@lacelabs.co.uk
Is it possible to change or cancel my order after I have placed it?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at …@lacelabs.co.uk. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however, please note that we will be unable to change or cancel your order if we have already shipped it to you. What is your returns/refunds policy.
You may choose to return your products for any reason. Orders returned to our address within 30 days of being placed will be refunded for the full amount of your original order. Lace Labs will not reimburse return shipping costs unless the reason for your return is a damaged, defective or incorrect item.
In cases where our customers have received damaged, defective or incorrect items, Lace Labs will fully reimburse the cost of the least expensive return shipping option for your order. Please note that evidence of a damaged, defective or incorrect item must be provided for return shipping costs to be reimbursed.

What should I do if my payment has failed?

Your invoice will be attached with your order confirmation email. If you have a Lace Labs account, you can also view invoices and orders on the ‘My Orders’ page.

How will my refund be processed and paid?
In the case of a refund, your order amount will be automatically renumerated to the account linked to the payment method used at checkout. Refunds will be processed within a maximum of two weeks of goods being returned to our address.
