How do I find the right shoelace length for my shoes?
The best way to find the lace length you need is to unlace the shoes on which you want to replace the laces and measure one lace from tip to tip. You can then use this to decide which length you should go for. If you find your laces are too long, simply go a size down, or if you want your lace length to remain the same, go for the closest available size. What’s the best way to tie my shoes?
The way you should tie your shoes is down to personal preference. When your laces arrive, head over to our TikTok page where you can watch our lacing tutorials and decide which style you want to go for!
What type of shoes can I use Lace Labs shoelaces for?
Our laces are perfect for sneakers and trainers of all brands, styles and sizes that come with Flat Laces.
How can I keep my shoelaces clean?
The best way to keep your shoelaces clean is to have the correct lace length for your shoe, allowing your laces to stay tied for longer and avoid contact with the ground.

Do you ship overseas?
We are based in the UK and currently ship to the UK, EU and US. We are working to reduce shipping costs for those outside the UK.
How long will it take to get my order?
All orders will be shipped on the next working day. You can select the shipping option that best suits your needs at checkout.
Where can I find my order confirmation?
An order confirmation email will be sent to your email address immediately after purchase. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 2 hours of placing your order, please contact us at support@lacelabs.co.uk
Is it possible to change or cancel my order after I have placed it?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@lacelabs.co.uk. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however, please note that we will be unable to change or cancel your order if we have already shipped it to you. In this event, please see our returns/refunds policy.
What is your returns/refunds policy?
You may choose to return your products for any reason. Orders returned to our address within 30 days of being placed will be refunded for the full amount of your original order. Lace Labs will not reimburse return
shipping costs unless the reason for your return is a damaged, defective or
incorrect item.
In cases where our customers have received damaged, defective or incorrect items, Lace Labs will fully reimburse the cost of the least expensive return shipping option for your order. Please note that
evidence of a damaged, defective or incorrect item must be provided for return shipping costs to be reimbursed.

What should I do if my payment has failed?
If your payment has failed, please clear your cache, check your card details and try again.
Your payment may have been refused by your bank’s payment processing system for several reasons, however, the most common reason is
incorrect or invalid card details.
If your card details are correct and you have sufficient funds in your payment account, yet are still experiencing payment issues, please contact us.
How will my refund be processed and paid?
In the case of a refund, your order amount will be automatically renumerated to the account linked to the payment method used at checkout. Refunds will be processed within a maximum of two weeks of goods being returned to our address.
